Hi, I'm Emily.
I help established online businesses manage the systems behind their marketing, day-to-day operations, automations, launches, and reporting.
Below is a short story about how I got to this point.
My background is a little different from most people in the online business world.
I graduated with a Systems Engineering degree from the University of Arizona, and went to work for big companies like Hewlett Packard, Motorola, and Intel. I was pulled toward roles where I could talk with a person who had a problem to solve, come up with an idea for a solution to that problem, implement that solution with a team of really smart people, and measure the impact we made.
Some of the solutions I created using existing software tools, and some I built from scratch. I learned a lot about how software works this way.
I became known as someone who could translate business needs into technical solutions. This helped me land in leadership roles as my corporate career grew.
While I was thriving in these big companies, I was also becoming really curious about a different kind of life- that of the small business owner.
I had neighbors, friends, and family members that were running their own businesses, on their own terms.
One runs a salon, another runs a home inspection service, one designs and builds incredible backyards, another has a real estate business, and one sells custom automotive services online.
As their businesses grow to exciting levels, they naturally add on different software tools to make it all run.
They reach a point where their tech stack becomes difficult to manage:
- Automations break
- Integrations become fragile
- Reporting is unclear
- Team members are unsure what failed or why
- Small issues quietly cost revenue and customer trust
- The founder just wants their tech stack to work, without them having to troubleshoot issues or answer team members’ questions
That’s where I come in.

A few recent accomplishments that I’ve made with my clients:
- Increased revenue 136% for an online course creator by building a course in Kajabi, implementing a launch plan in ActiveCampaign to get the course in front of his audience, and automating monitoring in Google/Looker Data Studio so we could see what was working in real time
- Removed 40+ hours per week of tech management off a founder’s plate by supporting operational systems for an 8-figure online education business
- Relieved a founder from being the go-to person for tech issue resolution and how-to questions from his entire team, freeing him up to work on growing the business, and enabling his team with faster answers
- Greatly improved and simplified the way several founders make business decisions, by designing and building automated dashboards and reporting systems used for at-a-glance, data-driven business heath monitoring and decision-making
